Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By using AgriNexa you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Educational purpose

AgriNexa provides educational content for anyone who wants to learn agriculture. Practice questions and practice tests are study material. AgriNexa is not affiliated with any government agency, school or university.

3. Accounts and your device

To use AgriNexa you sign in with your email (a one-time code) or with Google. Your progress is saved on your device and to your AgriNexa account, so you can continue on another device. You are responsible for keeping your device and email account secure and your information accurate. You can sign out at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account at the support address.

4. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app: no attempts to break its security or access another person’s data, no scraping or copying content at scale, no overloading the service, no unlawful material, and no use of any AI feature to produce harmful content.

5. Intellectual property

The app, its design and original content belong to TerraSync Software Development Services or its licensors. You may use it for your own study; do not copy, sell or redistribute its content without permission. Reference manuals are not distributed in the app.

6. Your content

Notes, flashcards and answers you create stay yours. You allow us to store and process them only to provide the service.

7. AI-generated and study information

AI features are switched off in this version. Where AI-generated explanations are offered, they may be wrong, incomplete or out of date and are not checked by a professional. Neither AI answers nor the app’s lessons replace official pesticide labels, Fertilizer and Pesticide Authority (FPA) and other government regulations, or advice from a licensed agriculturist, veterinarian or other qualified professional. Always compare with the sources shown and your official references.

8. Agricultural information disclaimer

Content is general and educational. It is not professional agronomic, veterinary, legal, financial, pesticide-regulatory or emergency advice. We do not guarantee any crop yield, animal performance, income or outcome, and information may not suit your farm, location or conditions. Consult a licensed agriculturist, veterinarian or your local agricultural office before acting.

9. Pesticides

Always read and follow the product label, use personal protective equipment, and comply with FPA regulations and local laws. Calculation examples are for learning only. In case of poisoning, seek medical help immediately.

10. Third-party services

Web hosting, typefaces (Google Fonts), graphics libraries (cdnjs / jsDelivr) and any future sign-in providers are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

11. Availability and changes to the app

Features may change, be paused or be removed. We will try to give notice of major changes in the app. Your data on your device stays available for export.

12. Termination

You may stop using the app and delete your data at any time (Settings → Delete my data). We may suspend or end access for misuse of the app or breach of these terms. Sections 5, 8, 9 and 13 continue to apply after termination.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is” and TerraSync Software Development Services is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from its use. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Philippine consumer or data-privacy law.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute will be brought before the proper courts of Davao de Oro, Philippines.

15. Changes and contact

Plans, billing and promotions

Current status: Plus and Premium are not on sale; AgriNexa is free during early access. When they launch these terms apply:

• Prices: shown in Philippine pesos before you pay. Plus is planned at ₱99 per month or ₱899 per year, and Premium at ₱189 per month or ₱1,699 per year; annual plans are charged once as a single payment.
• Renewal: one-time plans give access for a fixed period (30 or 365 days) and do not renew automatically. If an automatically renewing card plan is offered, its renewal date and amount will be shown before you pay, and you can cancel any time; access continues to the end of the paid period.
• Promotions: each offer shows its price, the price after the first period, its dates and who is eligible; one redemption per account; offers do not combine unless stated.
• Referral credit: ₱50 in AgriNexa credit after a friend you invited completes a verified purchase; not cash, not transferable, limits apply, and self-referrals or abuse void the credit.
• When Premium ends: your account returns to Free; your progress and notes are kept.
